Oriental Shaker Card

Hello everybody. 

Have put together another card today. It started with a totally different idea and layout in mind and ended up being something totally different. Designed this card for ICRC22 Monochromatic and letter family.

Decided to go with the letter R. So chose the colour RED. The shape of the card is a Rectangle.

I have decided to do an Oriental themed Shaker card.

  

Here is a closer view of the shaker part of the card. Have used Rice and Red coloured beads in the Rectangle shaped Window with a Rose on the top and Rope on the edge of the card.

This pic is the close up of the Red Kimono (origami) and the Red Fan.

Closer Look

Have decided to go with Sketch 2. 

Have used the Coca Cola can (Tin) to punch out and make the flowers and leaves and the stars at the bottom.

Flower Fairy

 This card I made for the ICRC 20 - Embossing friendly with fonts challenge. I chose to hand emboss rather than use embossing tools. I have used parchment paper here and layered it on cardstock. The fairy is painted with Perga Colour Exclusive pens and the wings of the fairy, the flowers and little dots on the bottom of the card are all hand embossed.

                            I have added a tab on the top that moves in and out to reveal the sentiment.

Flower Card

This card was made for the 75th birthday of my dads friend.
Flower done with Tinta inks, lace work on the left corner and a blue parchment paper insert.
This project was done way before i did my certification.

Framed Rose

This is a framed creation that i made a long time ago. the rose has been made with a large balloon punch. The tiny flowers are cuts from a small flower punch. Enjoyed making this one.
